At Stateline Sports Group, we are committed to keeping player fees as affordable as possible. To help offset costs, we hold two annual program fundraisers, allowing families to reduce their player fee balances.

Each family has agreed to raise a minimum of $400 between our two fundraisers:

✔️ Fall Beef Raffle (completed)

✔️ "Bases Loaded, Bags Packed" Spring Fundraiser (happening now!)

Earn 50% Back!

Once a family meets the $400 minimum, they will earn 50% of every additional dollar raised beyond that amount. These funds will be credited to their team account or refunded if their account is already paid in full.

April 15, 2025 Deadline

If a family does not meet the $400 minimum, they have agreed (during registration) to pay the difference by April 15, 2025.

We’re kicking off our spring fundraiser with an exciting team incentive!

The team that sells the most raffle tickets in the first week wins a brand-new Bownet!

Any team that sells $800 or more in the first week will also win a new Bownet, even if they are not the highest-selling team!

✅ Tickets sold online or in person will count toward the incentive!

During Week 2 of our Spring Fundraiser (March 10-16th), any Shamrock player who sells $250 or more in raffle tickets will win a J-Band! 🎉

If you’ve attended our Shamrock Skills sessions, you’ve already started learning how to use them and understand their importance. We’ve encouraged all Shamrock coaches to include J-Band stretching in every practice and pregame warm-up.

🔥 Stateline Sports Group Coaches Spring Fundraiser Incentive 🔥

Coaches, here’s your chance to raise funds for your team and earn extra rewards! This silent contest will run throughout the fundraiser, with the winning coaches revealed at the end of the campaign.

💰 Prize Breakdown: (Prizes will be awarded to each program)

  • 1st Place: 100% of ticket revenue sold by the coach goes directly to their team account.
  • 2nd Place: 80% of ticket revenue sold is credited to their team account.
  • 3rd Place: 60% of ticket revenue sold is applied to their team account.
  • 4th Place: 40% of ticket revenue sold is credited to their team account.
  • All other participating coaches who meet the weekly minimum but finish outside the top four will still have 25% of their sales credited to their team.

This week, your team has a huge opportunity to earn extra funds while helping the program grow!

🔹 Team Incentive:

If your team sells $500.00 in fundraising sales between March 17–23, you will earn $100.00 directly into your team account.

🔹 Program-Wide Incentive:

If either the Fury program or the Shamrock program sells $5,000.00 in total sales this week, the program will refund $1,000.00 back to the program. This amount will be divided among the participating teams based on their percentage of the total $5,000.00 sold.

Starting today through Friday, the top seller each day will win a

🕛 Daily sales will be counted from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

✅ To qualify, the daily top seller must have at least $100 in sales.
